You said you're taking vitamin D, but how much?

Must pharmacy supplements are woefully inadequate. The body produces 10000 IU's worth of vitamin D on a sunny day. The government recommendations are usually around 200-500 IU.

I supplement 5000 IU daily, or sometimes even 10000 in the winter when it's really dark.

Also, home made pizza with wheat flour is pretty far from a perfect diet. I would leave out all gluten and grains for a month and see if your fatigue starts to lessen.
