I've had a colonoscopy done before, and the doctor said everything was perfectly normal except for a couple of minor internal hemorrhoids. That was 5 or 6 years ago, so who knows how things are looking right now.

I don't know if I mentioned, but my BMs are never completely solid. They're almost always formed like normal, but they're soft and messy. It's disgusting.

And I think I remember reading the post about using cream and grapefruit seed extract, so maybe I'll try that out and see what happens. Tweet
