60 days is too long especially in your very overweight unhealthy condition.
I know you feel like you want to go for it but this isn't the way to do it.
Plus 60 days is a LONG time without eating...if you set that kind of goal and then break it you may set yourself up to feel like a failure.
If I were you, and this is only my opinion, I would alternate fasting with a raw food diet.
Maybe go 7-10 days water fasting.
Then switch to a
juicing or fruit/vegetable diet for a few days...then switch back to water for a few days.
Back and forth. It will keep you from going insane not eating for that long.
Don't get me wrong, people have done it but it's very grueling...
If you are going to do that long of a fast shoot for 30-40 days...once you get to that point you start eating when the hunger returns...do not push past that point...and that point may be on the 30th day, 35th, etc.
My 2 cents...good luck either way...
