Listen, I am here to support you no matter what it is you decide to do. I know what you mean by feeling like you're 50..I'm 25 too and feel way older. Especially in the morning, it hurts to get up. My energy levels are low and just so many things that I am very unhappy about. I too wanted to start a WF for 60 days at the beginning. I read a lot of negative feedback on that but I decided to do it anyway. A few days into the fast, I thought that at the rate I was going, I could achieve a lot of my goals way less than 60 days. So at around the 25th day I stopped. I wanted to go on longer (hunger never returned) but I was feeling very very weak and it had a lot to do with my cycle it's just out of whack. Being that you're a guy, you will def lose weight quicker and trust me when I tell you, this fast will change your entire view on food. You said you fasted before for 7 days..why did you stop?
You said you're starting tomorrow..did you mentally prepare yourself? How? Do you live alone? Are you going to be fasting while working?
