I have candidiasis since more than 16 years. Despite 4 months on Lamisil, Itraconazole and Nystatin with a No-carbohydrate diet, these reactions to yeast are still there. I am still reacting really badly to carbohydrates even the complex one. The simple carbohydrates are the worst. A minute amount of glucose or fructose will make me immediately feel dizzy and lightheaded.
And you are right on the allergy mold. I recently tested allergic to mold and candida. But the most curious thing is that I am not allergic to yeast (baker's yeast) according to the same test even if I react crazy when I eat bread with yeast or drink beer.
