Actually, the olive oil is not olive oil once passing through stomach and liver...it is broken down. The olive oil (this was told to me by a pharmacist at Walgreens..not a homeopathic pharmacist, can you believe it?) makes the gall bladder contract and the liver contract violently. That is why you use it...to push out the stones.

I have to ask this question, but are you using COLD PRESSED EXTRA VIRGIN olive oil. That is important...you don't want to use virgin olive oil or any other type. That is important.

Also, have you laid in the correct position for 30 minutes as well? I believe you lay face down with a pillow under your left shoulder for 30 minutes and relax with your right leg under you massaging that area. Then you turn on your right side and sleep comfortably. That is important for getting the optimal amount of stones. And then, there is the fact that is might take a few flushes.
