Re: Time to break for me. Too weak.

Heyyyyyyyyy Boris! Wow, I'm so proud of you. How are you feeling? What about the nicotine, do you feel like you have the craving sometime? I'm surprised you went 10 days with the hectic work hours you have and all the things you have to do at work, man oh man you're awesome!

I came back home from my trip a few days ago, I broke my fast on the 25th day. I went to the health food store and purchased some coconut milk yogurt, fruits, and vegetables. I also purchased a juicer. I broke my fast slowly with the yogurt (to introduce the live cultures to my stomach first) I waited a few hours then had some carrot juice diluted with some water. The next day, which was yesterday, I had another yogurt. I then juiced apples, tomato, and cucumber. It was soooo good :) A few hours later, I had a few pieces of organic seedless Watermelon (stimulate BM) I've never tasted anything so GOOD in my lfeeee lol It was like heaven. I of course had to remind myself to slow down because I wanted to gobble it up but I had to take it slow ..It was a case of CARPE DIEM haha

I haven't been hungry at all, and do still feel a little weak. I still have the nausea but am sure it will take a few days to go back to normal since my digestive system is still waking up and my body needs time to adjust. I'm going to NY today and hopefully I'll have the energy to walk around shop and have fun.
