I have decided that after intense psychological hunger and nearly losing consciousness standing up too quickly, that it is time to break my water fast. I have not eaten in 10 days and approximately 8 1/2 hours. I have lost 19.5 pounds and have hopefully achieved my goal of avoiding relapse into nicotine. We'll see. I would like to continue, but I am being unfair to my staff and coworkers not being able to fully pull my weight and putting myself and others in harm in nearly losing consciousness twice. Time to stop.
