I did not experience stomach issues...mine was related to an allergic reaction to a medication. I plan to try Montreal's diet in Sept. It does look hard but if I see results then, hopefully I can continue with it.

I think the consensus is that it is an internal issue. By contributing to Curezone and Montreal's website hopefully each of us can find some help.
