I would love to start today. However, I have to be honest, I seem to be struggling a bit with Evening Binges. I try to start fresh every day - but every evening, my intentions fly out the window. I can't seem to sustain my momentum.
Technically I've 'fasted' since midnight - so I could continue on. I just don't know what to do to get through the BF eating dinner, and the stresses of the day (yes, I know that's inappropriate eating anyway... but in truth there are MANY books that say fasting is a form of eating disorder too... )
