Iodine supplementation is important enough to be serious but safe enough to be very casual, at least from a safety standpoint. thats why i threw myself under the bus doing five grams a day - not to get others to do the same but to let everyone know that the amounts we regularly do(me - 400mg of KI per day) and suggest(100mg of Iodine minimum per day) here are nothing to worry about. NOT doing any iodine, now thats something to really worry about.
