Yes, continue to fast. You will see the benefits of it soon. As per the protocol fast till you truly feel hungry. I have not experienced it, but would love to get to that stage.

Also when you come after you are back to normal food intake, do oil pulling, which will help you with your teeth. I take Colloidal Silver for minor infections. That should help as well.

Please do not do any of these remedies while fasting.

Good luck. The detox symptoms will go away.
