im not drinking any juices period no diet drinks no nothing Sugar is not coming in any kind of contact with my body what so ever

especially no salt

i havent drank all day but im fully hydrated from yester day i drank about 3 liters of water

im most definatly fasting to loose this weight

oh im visualizing alright i see myself as a size zero and the fact that the number on the scale is not moving is making me really depressed
