Re: Non-albicans Candida develop resistance to Nystatin?

I would like to know how many people here have had themeselves tested and were able to find out specifically which pathogens they were hosting. You all sound as if you HAVE had testing to narrow it down to specific organisms. I'm just going on symptoms and hoping what I try will work - because I can't afford the testing. I've also read that many times the tests are either incorrect, or don't show any evidence of infection despite the fact that patient is miserable and exhibiting classic symptoms!
