Hi, i'm new to fasting and understanding how this forum works.. I've only successfully done a 4day fast a few yrs ago. I'm going to try my best to fast for at least 16 days to 25 days starting today! I know this feels ambitious at the moment but, I'm hoping to lose at least 22 lbs & break a few food addictions. It is really difficult being on a diet w/a family of farmers pushing food at me constantly! Apparently they don't mind be fat as long as everyone else is too-but i'm tired of it. I'm hoping to see an old semi-boyfriend in about 3 1/2 wks and HAVE to lose wt& look great!
Does anyone think that is a realistic goal within 16 days?
