I just tasted a tablet of each back to back and the Iodoral is noticeably stronger, and does seem to have a more Iodine taste to it. I wonder if the restless improvement brand just has sskl and not elemental iodine? As my understanding the elemental Iodine part is the more expensive cumbersome ingredient.
