S. cerevisiae is so similar to candida albicans that it is used interchangably in research. The Saccharomyces species is one of the emerging strains in yeast/fungal infections. Candida albicans can trigger Sacchromyces to convert to its filamentous form. The people at MegaFood aren't reading the research.
If you didn't have the bullseye rash, then it's unlikely that you would have Lyme's. If you've ever had antibiotics, you will have systemic fungal candida.
