I've had really good success with maca. I also take the vitex, bitters and other things HV has recommended for me.
May I also suggest you get probiotics into your gut every day. I make my own water kefir and kombucha, but you don't have to do that. You can buy probiotics too. I have also experienced that tummy 'feels like hunger but you feel sick instead' feeling!
Per HV's advice, zinc and vit B are also good for digestive issues.
