I’ve very suddenly began to smell awful.

I noticed this two days ago. I stink, even in the shower.

I’ve washed myself very throughly several times since; still the Body Odor persists. I haven’t actually asked anyone about it, since I don’t mingle with people all to often. But I can definitely tell for myself that I smell terrible all-of-a-sudden. This has never happened to me before, and I’m almost positive I haven’t changed my lifestyle in like a decade.

I don’t exercise regularly, but I do work outside in the hot sun every few days. Afterwards, I’ve showered every time.

I’m male, almost 24-years-old, about 5 feet 6 inches, and my scale is saying 102 lbs for some reason (I’m pretty sure I weight at least a little more). So anyway, I’m thin and not hairy in unusual places.
And I’m most likely less hygienic than I ought to be (though I do wash my hands all the time), but as I said, I’ve never stunk before.

The food I eat may have shifted recently, since my dad (the master of the kitchen!) was hospitalized eleven months ago. But that’s more of a reduction. I’m pretty sure I don’t eat anything new.
What I do eat, I can probably list most of:
Ramen noodles, hotdogs, pizza, canned soup, sandwiches (baloney/ham/cheese/mustard/mayonnaise), crackers, granola bars, pop-tarts, carrots, celery, cheese, peanut butter, cucumbers, salads, cookies, and fast food (burgers/fries)... that’s all I can think of. Maybe tuna, eggs, or cereal sometimes.

And then I don’t drink much. Lots of tea, water, and (rarely) milk or sodas.

I don’t drink or smoke, or do any drugs.

That’s all I can think to list about myself. And to stress, I really doubt any of that has changed at all in years. I just don’t eat the large variety of meats and homemade soups that I used to with my dad around.

Maybe the smell reduces marginally after a shower, but maybe my nose is just filled with soap. The smell has certainly never left me entirely, though. Not for two whole days.

It’s almost as though getting my clothes (t-shirt, shorts, usually socks) back on immediately returns the odor, and I stink all over again. And of course those clothes are absolutely clean, every time.

My bedding has not been washed recently, and never often; but I’m at least clean when I go in there. But I know that doesn’t make it clean, so I’m taking care of that tomorrow.

That’s all there is to tell. It’ll be day three tomorrow, and I’m definitely pretty panicked over this.
So if anyone can help me out. Please give me suggestions on what I should do. If anyone has a similar story, and know what worked for them.
I’m not expecting an instant cure... but for now I’m not at all sure how I should go about fixing this.

Thank you so much. ‘Much love.
