Laylat-al Qadr shall come on a peaceful and serene evening according to the hadith (words and deeds of Prophet Mohammad). It will be a night of peace. A night when it is neither cold nor hot. It is said from old "wives tales" that it is a night when dogs do not bark, but this is not according to the hadiths. It is a night when a Muslim's heart will be at peace.
