Lolite had a great suggestion about using oregeno and neem.  Like colloidal silver, you can also rub oregano into your tooth and gum area to help clear up the infection.  Colloidal silver in quantity can help remove what appears to be a candida like fungal condition too, especially when combined with a healthy diet, coconut oil and bentonite clay.

Forget the root canal - that could open up a whole other can of worms for your health.  Get the tooth pulled and if you later wish and can afford it, get a false tooth replacemnt.
