@when should we work out?
A: work out 5-6 days per week but try to be active everyday.
@how long should be work out for?
A: long enough to break a good sweat but not long enough to cause muscle failure or exhaustion.
Try to mainly do cardio and abdominal exercises, work with resistance bands as well. deadlifts, curls, bench press are ok every other day but keep them super light weight high reps.
