Re: 4th Flush. Allergies gone

My first flush was May 14, and I have been going every two weeks since then, the 4th being Sunday night and Monday morning of this week.

The first two flushes actually produced very little in the way of stones, but must have moved them internally, as flushes three and four were zingers.

I did a series of three or four flushes about two years ago, with limited results, then stopped. I have read that stopping midway through the process can almost be worse than never starting.

I am going to keep doing them, but have no idea as far as what to expect with regard to being completely clean.

On a side note though, the skin on the bottom of my feet used to be very rough and dry. As of flush #3, they seem to be softening, and have a lot more color in them.

I have read that the liver controls the blood supply to the extremities, and a cleaner liver will send more blood to where it needs to go.
