Brain can't handle abstract

Thanks for reading and being as sensitive as possible reaching out to me and helping a fellow sufferer since I haven't the brain cells to decipher anything remotely abstract anymore. lol

If you would, I would appreciate the easiest and most effective devices YOU personally have benefited from as to ozone/blood oxygenation AND blood electrification ... I do understand food grade peroxide, Sutherlandia OPC herbal cancer cure and Colloidal Silver (the Silver Puppy is as complicated as I can handle lol) , cleanses, etc. again, that is as complicated as I can handle. I am alone and without/do not have support or others to help me assemble anything.

In the past, I've read the various websites and came up with nothing but more questions comparing one protocol to another, well, that was then but it's more confusing now so I am not able to be referred to various websites, books, etc., I'd only be repeating what happened before, ...abject confusion resulting in frustration added to anxiety, deepening my Depression ~ so PLEASE give me YOUR EXPERIENCE in a sentence or two which will be a huge help and a bigger blessing for me.
