Did another liver flush.....

Friday night I did another Liver Flush after two weeks. This makes my upteenth flush since 2000. I saw many bright green small stones, which most of you know are newly formed stones.

There will never be a time that I enjoy the Epsom Salts (gag) or the olive oil/grapefruit mixture (throw up) but it's only a few seconds of bad taste.....In the grand scheme of things, it's a very small price to pay for better health.
