Hello,

I am currently making kefir using coconut milk as I can not have dairy and am not a huge fan of goats milk.

Anyway I have had some tests done which show that I have an overgrowth of "bifidobacterium" (the good bacteria found in yoghurt etc etc)

Does Kefir contain bifidobacterium?
