Re: Bad breath seems to be related to stomach/intestinal bacteria
Hi,
I apologize for the delay in responding. I am NO LONGER having good results with the enzymes. I had tried different enzymes that gave me gas and didn't work but when I tried an enzyme with hydro acid, it seem to work for a couple of weeks. Weird because when I did the baking soda test I kept burping right away which is said to mean you have lots of hydro acid already in your stomach.
My BB use to be the kind that filled a room. Now, the worse seems to be about 5 or 6 feet away. I have tried so many things and little by little things help but nothing seems perfect.
A few weeks ago I went back to nasal irrigation which I received some improvement in the past. But this time I tried it with my head tilted back.
Wallah! Another "cure" I thought I was over it. I read about other people's success with this as well. This worked well for a couple of weeks (also added a few drops of GSE). Now it doesn't seem to work. I read somewhere that the nose can have candida true and so maybe the GSE, like other candida treatments, needs to be rotated with something else. I don't know but I'm still experimenting and starting to increase my probiotics.
I was also told by a naturopath that I have a week stomach. Unfortunately I havent been able to go back to him yet for further tests because it is ALL out of pocket and quite expensive. Also, he said he wasn't sure this was causing my breath problem.
My next step is to eliminate yogurt (greek all natural) as I do not have any other dairy and do another
Colon Cleanse while increasing my probiotics.
