Anyone remember when it was all over the news that given the 'new' terrorist climate all the news would be henceforth filtered by the gov't. (or FEMA) in the best interests of national security?

Have to agree with IL> Surely this is the same tired "article" that appears every year--it's like dusty old christmas balls(sorry)year after year and in the end, big surpise:DEET.( said in a deep Homelands Security "you can trust me" voice. "mythbusters"-- lol. what a lot of empty hype. Try Avon Skin So Soft. << If they still make it. It was proven effective in the deep woods of Ontario. (against killer mosquitos)Not sure the company knew it, or not. But the outdoorsmen did. And since this was circa 1984, surely to God there is something, many things just as good, by now.

Dryer sheets... Beer....What about rubbing yourself with skunk oil? bah humbug.
