Perhaps supplementing with amino acids after aerobic activity could help. If increased growth hormone levels can really help with EC then a good 30 minute run/sprint followed by some glutamine,arginine,and lysine immediately after would raise and keep growth hormone levels really high for the rest of the day.

Taking arginine right before bed also increases growth hormone in your sleep.

Who knows, maybe you're on to something.
