You should have few worries about natural fluoride if you take plenty of iodine (as I know you do).

I would worry much, much more about all the unnatural man-made fluoride in water, toothpaste and dental products and other consumer products.  If you live in an area with fluoridated water, that concern would include water you bath or shower in, as well as perhaps swim or soak in if you have a pool and/or hot tub.  See the article I wrote in the post just below this one.
