Re: hyperactive gallbladder
I wonder if you are producing a lot of bile and is that bile being expelled into your intestine? What color are your stools - they should be dark brown or green if this is happening. I had an overgrowth of bacteria in my bile system which was eating almost all my bile. Because the bacteria (and parasites) were in there I kept producing many gall stones.
I read recently that the blood tests even with the biopsy of the small intestine will only be positive in 70% of the people with Ceiac Disease. The general concensus of Celiac experts is that if you feel better on a gf diet it is best to continue. It is not unusual for people to feel better at first then go through a period of feeling worse. This happened to me so I went through a process of improving my digestive health -
parasite programs, kidney cleanses,
Liver Flushes and much more. I ordered the DNA marker tests online which showed I was strongly predisposed to developing CD. The lab I used (Enterolab.com) also tests feces for the antibodies and they are much more sensitive than the blood tests. There is an occasional person who has symptoms of CD but doesn't have the usual markers and one of them regularly posts at the Gluten Free and Beyond Forum.
What Telman wrote makes a lot of sense. I find that when I have intestinal discomfort it helps to relax the back and neck muscles. One way I was taught was to put 2 tennis balls in a sock. Standing against a wall with one tennis ball on each side of the sping and rolling the balls up and down the length of the spine helps a lot. Sometimes I lay down putting my forearms under my rib cage and then lift towards the head. This often releases many belches.
