Re: hyperactive gallbladder

Could you describe the pain more fully - where it hurts, when it hurts, does it hurt all the time or come and go. The pain may indicate stuck gall stones or something else.

I've been gf for 4 years and the only pain I get in my abdomen are from trapped gas, soreness when I have been glutened. Trapped gas can be incredably painful. Some people with Celiac Disease do begin to have episodes of lots of pain in their lower abdomen after eating something with gluten in it after they have gone on a gf diet. While they were eating gluten regularly the pain was not so noticeable even tho the autoimmune reaction was damaging the small intestine. The pain and discomfort when glutened is one reason we adhere strictly to a gluten free diet.
