NP's info will be better than mine, but my impression is that the doctrine works on issues in a certain order and in a certain priority. and, there are issues that can block treatment, or more accurately, slow it... like high metals or toxins dumped in the blood. so, if treating a particular issue would cause more harm than good, it will not be treated. the trick is to figure out what may be slowing things down, or where the current focus is...
