Re: Sodium bicarbonate plus coconut oil IS THE ONLY CURE !

hihi!

um....actually, i am still suffering from SD (there are still rashes on my face now) and I am still testing how to adjust 39179's method.

as i said before, my face had become very dry after using baking soda, so now i kinda change the way to use baking soda and coconut oil. since i just changed it for a week only, so i donno how it will go, but please let me share the way i am trying!

i drink a half spoon of baking soda in the morning and at night. when i wake up, i will just wash my face by tap water (i don't have pure water), WET my face, and then use a paste-form baking soda to rub the SD area. leaving it on ur face for few minutes (don't leaving it or ur face over 5-minute, i think 3 minutes are threshold, otherwise, ur face will get burn and become red), and then wash them away. (I have to wet my face first because if you dont wet ur face before putting paste-form baking soda on ur face, your face will get burn easily and make your face dry. This kinda solve the dry problem of my face). After washing the paste-form baking soda away, don't use towel or anything to dry ur face, instead, put a very very small amount of baking soda on ur hand (by small amount, i just use my finger tip to touch the powder, then a small amount will paste on my finger), and wet ur hand a little bit and rub them with another hand until the baking soda totally mixes with the water, then u can apply this "baking-soda-water" on ur face. immediately, apply coconut oil on your face as well (before your face dries up). i do this at least two times a day (morning and night), but if it's a holiday or weekend, i will do it thrice a day (it depends if i am home).

during the day (like working day), i will wash my face by tap water during lunch time. but since it's not convenient to do all processes mentioned above at office, i will just skip the "paste-form baking soda rubbing" process. it means after wetting my face, again i will put a very small amount of baking soda and mix it with water to apply on my face. then again, i will apply coconut oil on my face.

by following my way, at least your face won't get burn by baking soda (meaning that won't get red due to the dryness from the use of baking soda), but since i am still testing it, i donno if it can help you as well.

sorry guys, since i am not a english native speaker, so it may be hard to understand what i am saying. feel free to ask me if you don't understand any part of the above paragrsph, i will try to explain as clear as i can.

hope it helps you too, joellie!
