Good Heavens! I had a load come out in my bm this morning. I dont know what it was ascarias I assume and maybe some Tapeworm but they were all balled together and some of the strands look like fecal matter but I doubt it cause it was thick and gummy and smelled again like earthorms. I am so glad I finally passed a bunch havent had that good results since my pineapple fast.

So here is my plan to continue the:

Diamonectous earth 4 tbs a day
3 cloves garlic
extra virgin coconut oil
l-cysteine
1 psysllium shake a day with bentonite
ACV


I am also wondering if it is okey to proceed to the liver flush. I want to get one out of the way before I move. I remember how sick they make you I havent done one in years since my son was born. But since I have bad acne, take meds, etc. (and smoke-I know???) I am sure I need one. I had pains in that area for months and months again. Not too bad right now but I am sure it wouldnt hurt. Just curious is it still too soon? Tweet
