Thanks everyone. The rice thing sounds interesting. Never heard that before.

Today I got my diamectocis earth sorry spelling may be wrong and started that. As soon as I drank some down I had that movement right 3 inches above my belly button. I jumped..LOL seriously it catches me off guard sometimes. So I am hoping something will come about with this stuff plus there are other health benefits to it I guess.

Today I wasnt as sore but I did lay off garlic for the day and fiber. Just to give me a rest.

Yes I seen the pic's of ascarias scary! I wonder if Tapeworm or ascarias though still. Although I did pass what I Believe to be ascarias and Tapeworm when I did the pineapple fast. So is this last one (or so I think) the queen bee! Geez.
