Bad breath seems to be related to stomach/intestinal bacteria
I have posted here a few times. Each time thinking I have a cure. I can say that my 20yr bad breath problem seems to be internal bacteria related.
1.I have gotten temporary relief from drinking cranberry juice (natural antibiotic).
2.I did a series of colonics/cleanses and probiotics. Where BB was significantly reduced. Lasted a few weeks.
3. I used goldenseal & probiotics, again, sig improvement for a few weeks.
4. Then digestive enzymes and probiotics. Again, BB gone for another month. But enzymes seem to clear this seem to be most effective on the BB. (I read somewhere that if food doesn't properly digest it is a bacterial breeding ground and bacteria stinks)
I just don't understand why the effects don't last. But I'm still hopeful as I have had this problem for over 20 years and it's gone from people sitting across a conference table leaning back and covering their nose (long after I stop talking) to people talking to me but staying about 2 feet away and seeming to be okay.
I'm going to keep experimenting but I feel I'm on the right track.
I will post updates.
