  A few things you can try:

A zinc ointment on the affected areas. Zinc kills fungus and promotes healing.

Thyme oil is an extremely effective antifungal. It should be diluted with an oil to reduce irritation.

Black walnut hull is also a great antifungal. You can make a tea of hulls then dab the tea on the affected areas after the tea has cooled with a cotton ball.

Maintain the skin's natural acidity. Alkalinity damages the skin and promotes fungal growth. And soaps are generally very alkaline, which is why they are hard on the skin. So it will help to make a weak acid solution such as a little citric acid dissolved in water to spritz on the skin after bathing to restore the skin's proper pH.
