How does this overall issue explain/effect the heavy leg(muscles) thing?
This can occur from several things. Poor circulation, certain medications, rhabdomylosis and other causes of ATP deficiencies.
Can't bare the thought of food just sitting in my stomach rotting. Does bentaine hcl hinder absorbing nutrients from certain foods?
No it will increase digestion of proteins and absorption of acid dependent nutrients.
Ill have really good days where my leg muscles are back to normal, I'm breathing very well and full of energy but not really sure what the heck I did differently than the day before.
Maybe ingesting high magnesium foods?
