I would suggest drinking mint tea and taking ginger with your food to help keep your stomach calmer. Also, try to eat greens at least once a day, they aid the digestion a LOT. I would wait until your pregnancy is over before trying the flush...my experience was that the body didn't want to lose calories while I was pregnant.
