Supplement with zinc. Zinc is a good antiseptic and helps in controlling body odor. If you can handle the taste you can actually suck on zinc tablets to help with bad breath as well. Make sure you have food in your stomach before taking zinc to prevent nausea. Normally I recommend no more than 50mg daily, but in your case I recommend 25mg 3 times daily.
Keep your protein intake down. People tend to consume way more protein than they really need. We only need roughly 90 grams of protein daily. Anything beyond that is waste that is broken down in to ammonia compounds. Some of that ammonia will make it through the pores where it reacts with bacteria releasing the ammonia and contributing to body odor.
Adding more dark green leafy vegetables will add more chlorophyll, which also helps with odor control.
I also highly recommend digestive bitters to both help with digestion, especially breaking down proteins properly, and to cleanse the liver. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help with flushing the toxins being expelled. Spring water is the best. If you drink distilled or reverse osmosis water make sure to add minerals back before drinking these.
If you are taking B vitamins from a pill stop. These can also contribute to body odor, especially choline. Get your B vitamins from food sources instead such as seaweeds, watercress, rice bran, oat bran, etc. But B vitamins are extremely important though as they are needed for proper hormone metabolism.
Your flora also play a major role in toxin and hormone metabolism so I recommend getting your flora levels up with water kefir and fiber sources to feed them.
Being that the odor is specific to areas of the body this does sound like a possible microbial role as well. If you have access to ozone with an ozone tent I highly recommend this. Otherwise soaking in a bath with some peroxide, bleach or some other oxidizer may help. Otherwise you can make a strong tea of black walnut hull and again add it to a bath and soak for a while to help kill any pathogens.
Also get checked to make sure your problem is not from pyroluria, which can cause bad breath and body odor as well.
