I didn't mean to imply that one could heal from hashi's or other thyroid issues by changing one's eating habits, my focus was that what Dr. Starr ascribes to "faulty DNA" could actually be because of poor eating habits through generations.

Even so, there are foods and herbs that are reputed to repair DNA. Red beets, black radish, cat's claw come to mind, might be worth looking into... Tweet
