I agree, it could be that simple for some people. I say, if it works for you, have at it. But they just aren't enough for me. Vitamin D, selenium, iodine & iodide, yes, plus B vitamins, zinc, enough protein, and CoQ10. This focus on mitochondrial energy is of particular importance to me, apparently, which is why I mention the ATP CoFactors. I did gosh-awful on even slow-release niacin, and forget about regular niacin. But however the B2 and B3 have been formulated in ATP CoFactors, my body really likes it, and I am finally -- cross my fingers because it's recent -- beginning to warm up. Even so, the recommended dose is two tablets a day, and right now I'm on five and my body is breathing a sigh of relief.
Not a recommendation for anybody, just one more story of individual response.
