Are you set on taking supplements in pill form? I think that whatever you can get in tincture or whole food form is the most effective way to absorb it.
There are certain pieces that get taken away from the puzzle when you take an isolated supplement. Our bodies are designed to recognize and utilize nutrients from the food they are found in. I realize our soils have been depleted of most of its minerals, so that's when you turn to sea vegetables and other nutrient-dense "superfoods."
