How can Kombuch make your body more alkaline, if it does, great, but the pH on Kombuch is around 3 acid?
I like kombucha but I notice that the color of my teeth changes overnight as I drink more than 8 ounces of kombucha. A body has many internal system to balance out acid/alkaline so that too much of either can harm a body. Like a pH under 6.9 acid can kill a person, so a body adjust it by neutralize the acid with calcium or other alkaline.
Can someone here confirm that kombucha does or doesn't leach alkaline from a body, or leach minerals from bones or teeth? I am curious to know what is the truth.
