I'm an experienced faster. I've done The Master Cleanse plenty of times over the last 5 years or so. From 3 day fasts to over 40..so I'm not a newb.
I haven't really fasted in about a year. Like everyone says on here, you "know your own body" and I know I don't have the nutrient reserves needed to fast. What kind of mineral and/or protein supplement should I take that will not start the digestive system? There has to be something that is full of nutrients and quickly absorbent. I don't want to do a regular juice fast, I want to do the master cleanse.
