Re: LoL HV rampaging
i remember what i was suggested to start taking iodine, thought it was a good idea and a high possiblity as i had all hypothyroid/iodine def symptoms.
so i started with
Lugols but that became a pain, found iodoral(pill version potassium iodide), started with 1 which if i remember is 12.5mg then was told to up it, so eventually got to around 50mg if i remember 4 pills or something. I started getting severe racing heart, ive had palpatations but this was about to explode my heart on the slighest movement plus other weird symptoms.
At the time over on the forum i was told this was most likely bromine chelation and to up the dosage to another pill or up to 100mg. Which i wasnt keen on. A few weeks later i read some research some saying excess iodoral is peed out by one dr cant remember his name hes the iodoral guy though. And loads of other websites saying excess
Iodine even from seaweeds can cause hyperthyroid, inflammation of thyroid etc.
I brung this up on the
Iodine forum and was banned temporarly twice, just for saying everyone should do research just incase, i lowered the
Iodine and my symptoms disseapered.
so what is the case can excess iodine cause problems or was i wrong, and does this include seaweeds, i dont find iodoral or
Lugols do anything for me but my soup concotion of dulse/wakame and 1 nori sheet in miso does alot better.
