I mean my own days. Like today is the 8th of the month but it's my third day alternate day fasting. Actaully today didn't work out according to plan because a friend at work INSISTING on buying me lunch. I tried dodging it but it wasn't happening. I found that I was still not able to eat the way I normally would and thats only from the appetite suppressants and one day fasting. So today I was supposed to end a fast at 7pm, instead I began a fast at 1:30pm and it will end tomorrow at 3pm. I will then eat until 6pm and do another 24 hour fast until 6pm Wednesday. I will not be counting calories or anything like that but I will keep my stats as far as what I'm eating. The general plan is to watch sodium mostly I feel like counting will make me feel like I'm being restricted. Thanks for the good wishes =)
