Yes you can do your Liver Flush before you do your kidney cleanse. I´ve done several flushes and never did a kidney cleanse so far.

In my experience you can flush every 2 or 3 weeks, or till you see stones coming out.

Some people get rid of their stones after a few flushes some take longer, However, after a few flushes you(or your wife) will be feeling fine.

Please don´t make a big deal out of it. It is a simple/home procedure.

Some people do enemas and collemas, I´ve never done those either and have had successful flushes. What´s more my gb symptoms have totally disappeared. My last flush was on Dec 23. I am actually going for a flush tomorrow night. So, when your symptoms vanish you can have longer breaks between your Liver Flushes .
