I wouldn't put a lot of faith in that WHR. When my bottom was humongous, I was just barely able get into those pants, and fasten them.

Couldn't sit in them, mind you, but my butt was SO big (in comparison to my waist) that I'm sure my WHR was even less than now.

I don't buy the WHR being an indicator of health. I will always be pear-shaped, and I was pear-shaped then, I am simply a more stream-lined pear! lol
